Vulcan Materials Co (VMC) announced the election of Kathleen Wilson-Thompson and James Prokopanko as directors of the company. With the new appointments, Vulcan's twelve-member board consists of eleven outside directors.
Wilson-Thompson is currently senior vice president, global human resources for the Kellogg Company. Prokopanko is president and chief executive officer of The Mosaic Company.
