EMCORE Corp. (EMKR), reported for its fourth quarter a narrower net loss of $13.53 million or $0.17 per share, compared to $41.23 million or $0.53 per share a year ago.
After excluding certain non-cash and other adjustments, the company had non-GAAP net loss of $9.13 million or $0.11 per share for the quarter.
Revenue for quarter declined to to $40.53 million from $60.64 million in the prior year period.
Looking ahead, the company anticipates for the first quarter consolidated revenue in the range of $41million to $43 illion.
