According to latest media reports, Dutch auto maker Spyker Cars has submitted a new bid to acquire General Motors' (MTLQQ.PK) Swedish brand Saab. While submitting its revised offer, Spyker said it is confident to overcome the issues that led to the collapse of the deal as reported last Friday. GM on that day said that unsolvable issues had arisen in plans to sell Saab to Spyker and as a result it has decided to wind down the unit. Spyker's new offer will expire on Monday.
