Overstock.com Inc. (OSTK) said it received a letter from the NASDAQ Stock Market, granting Overstock.com an exception to enable the company to regain compliance with NASDAQ's listing rules. In response to a compliance plan submitted by the company, NASDAQ is requiring that the company file its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2009 by May 17, 2010.
