Nick Oliveri, former bassist of Queens of the Stone Age, has announced plans for his own Death Acoustic tour. The slew of January and February dates will take the bassist into the Midwest up and down the Eastern coast of the U.S.
Death Acoustic will take Oliveri on a 15-date run that will stop in cities such as Chicago, New York and Cleveland. The tour begins January 22 in Cambridge, Massachusetts and wraps up February 6 in Pittsburgh.
Oliveri says he is also planning on a West Coast run in the near future.
Oliveri has not only spent time playing bass in QOTSA, but also Kyuss and the Dwarves, in addition to singing in his own band, Mondo Generator. He released his second solo record, Death Acoustic, back in October.
