MarkWest Energy Partners L.P. (MWE) announced the sale of its 50% limited liability company interest in Starfish Pipeline Company, LLC to Enbridge Offshore (Gas Transmission) L.L.C., an Enbridge Inc. (ENB,ENB.TO) company, effective December 31, 2009. Morgan Stanley acted as MarkWest's exclusive financial advisor in connection with the divestiture of Starfish Pipeline Company, LLC.
