Daimler AG (DAI) reported that its December month U.S sales for the Mercedes-Benz Cars division, Mercedes-Benz and smart combined, grew 0.2% to 20,889 units from 20,848 units a year ago.
Sales from Mercedes-Benz USA rose 8.2% to 20,025 units, but sales from smart USA plunged by 63.1% to 864 units from the prior year month.
