Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. (KRA) announced that the underwriters have exercised their option to purchase 887,082 additional shares of common stock from the company at the public offering price less the underwriting discount to cover over-allotments.
After giving effect to the sale of the shares sold pursuant to the over-allotment option, a total of abiut 30.56 million shares of company common stock were sold in the offering by the company at a price to the public of $13.50.
The sale of the over-allotment shares closed on January 7, 2010.
