Vodafone Group Plc (VOD.L) announced the issuance of €1.25 billion of 4.65% notes due 2022 following its €30.00 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The notes are issued under specified denominations of €50 thousand and integral multiples of €1,000 in excess thereof up to and including €99 thousand. No Notes in definitive form will be issued with a denomination above €99 thousand.
Interest for the notes will be payable on 20 January in each year, from and including 20 January 2011, up to and including the maturity date.
