Panera Bread Co. (PNRA) announced that it is now targeting earnings of $0.94 to $0.95 per share for the fourth quarter, including the net impact of $0.05 per share of non recurring charges from asset retirement activity during the fourth quarter of 2009.
Previously the company had projected fourth quarter earnings in range of $0.85 to $0.87 per share.
On average, sixteen analysts polled by Thomson Reuters currently expect the company to earn $0.88 per share for the quarter. Analysts estimates typically exclude special items.
