SAIC Gets $16 Mln Task Order; Completes Acquisition Of Science, Engineering And Technology Associates - Quick Facts

Science Applications Intl. Corp. (SAI) announced that it has received a task order by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity to provide system performance management services for the Military Health System Tri-Service Infrastructure Management Program Office. The follow on task order has a one year base period of performance, four one-year options and total value of more than $16 million if all options are exercised.

The task order was awarded under the Defense Medical Information Systems/Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services contract.

The company also announced that it has completed the acquisition of Science, Engineering and Technology Associates Corp., a privately-owned technology corporation. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
