Ventas Inc. (VTR) announced preliminary normalized Funds From Operations results for the year ended December 31, 2009. The company expects to report 2009 normalized FFO in the range of $2.67-$2.68 per share, exceeding previously announced guidance range of $2.62-$2.65 per share.
Net income per share attributable to common stockholders is expected to be in the range of $1.72-$1.74. Funds from operations per share is expected to be in the range of $2.56-$2.58.
