Full House Resorts (FLL) announced that it has concluded to record fourth quarter pre-tax, non-cash impairment charge of $728,000 related to Northern Cheyenne project in Montana.
The company said that the impact of the impairment, which will be recorded in the fourth quarter of 2009, is expected to have a $480,000 negative impact on net income, or about $0.03 earnings per share. The company expects to report earnings exclusive of the impairment charge of about $0.07 and $0.28 for the quarter and year ending December 31, 2009, respectively.
