Cephalon, Inc. (CEPH) announced the promotion of three executives, Kevin Buchi, Wilco Groenhuysen and Alain Aragues. The company said it promoted Wilco Groenhuysen to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for Worldwide Finance, Commercial Operations and Risk Management.
Cephalon said it promoted Kevin Buchi to a new position as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Buchi, who joined Cephalon in 1991 and became Chief Financial Officer in 1996, will be responsible for Worldwide Pharmaceutical Operations, Worldwide Technical Operations, Investor Relations and Business Development.
Alain Aragues, who joined the company in 2002, is promoted to EVP & President of Cephalon Europe.
