FormFactor Inc. (FORM) announced that its fourth-quarter net loss was $28.0 million or $0.56 per share, compared to a net loss of $30.0 million or $0.61 per share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.
On a non-GAAP basis, net loss for the fourth quarter was $22.8 million or $0.46 per share, compared to a net loss for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 of $23.6 million or $0.48 per share.
Quarterly revenues were $33.0 million, down 24.6% from $43.8 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2009, and down 17.3% from $39.9 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.59 per share on revenues of $32.79 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
