Christina Milian and her family are being sued by their 81-year-old neighbor, who claims he was mauled by one of the Milian's dogs in 2008.
Leo Skolion claims that he was attacked by one of the family's dogs when their home suffered flooding problems that caused damage to the gate between their properties.
Skolion claims that the attack occurred when he approached the family about the gate's repair, and says he needed 19 stitches and nine months of rehabilitation to recover from the incident. He is suing for an unspecified amount.
The lawsuit against Milian, her mother, Carmen, and her sister, Danielle, was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month. The suit claims that the family's negligence led to the attack.
Milian's representatives have not yet commented.
Milian, who is expecting a baby next month, is currently working on her forthcoming album, Elope, which will be produced by her husband, The-Dream, and Tricky Stewart.
