TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (TRW) announced that it has appointed Robin Walker-Lee as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Her distinguished legal career to date has included a series of executive positions at General Motors including general counsel and vice president of public policy for General Motors - Latin America, Africa & Middle East and, most recently, as assistant general counsel, operations for General Motors Company. From August 2008 to July 2009 Ms. Walker-Lee was also on special assignment to the general counsel of General Motors.
