Wednesday, ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (CKSW) said its fourth-quarter net income declined to $3.80 million or $0.12 per share from $4.98 million or $0.17 per share in the prior year period.
Non-GAAP net income for the quarter increased to $3.47 million from $3.25 million in the year-ago period. Non-GAAP net income per ordinary share remained flat at $0.11 for the quarter.
Total revenues for the quarter rose to $17.17 million from $14.12 million in the comparable period. On average, 2 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.10 per share on revenues of $16.75 million for the quarter.
For 2010, the company now expects to achieve revenues in the approximate range of $71.5 million - $74.5 million, representing about 17% - 22% growth over 2009. Two analysts estimate revenues of $69.20 million for the year.
