Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NVMI) announced the proposed follow-on public offering of its ordinary shares.
The offering price of the ordinary shares will be determined by market and other conditions at the time of pricing in consultation with the underwriters of the offering.
The company expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of shares offered in the public offering to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to price on February 4, 2010.
