Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANX) on Thursday said that it has Promoted Brian Culley to chief executive officer, effective immediately. Previously Culley served as chief business officer and a senior vice president of the company.
The company has promoted Patrick Keran, previously the company's General Counsel, to president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Keran also will continue to serve as the company's secretary and principal financial and accounting officer.
