Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) Thursday said its Board of Directors approved a three-year stock repurchase program under which the company may repurchase up to 15 million shares of its common stock. Purchases would be made through privately negotiated transactions through January 31, 2013.
FIS also announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable March 30, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business March 16, 2010.
