Cathay General Bancorp (CATY), the holding company for Cathay Bank, said Friday that it has completed its previously announced offering of about 13.07 million shares of its common stock and that the underwriters for the offering have exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase an additional about 1.96 million shares of common stock. The net proceeds from the offering to the company were about $125.2 million.
