Leeward Capital Corp. (LWC.V) said that it has accepted the resignation of Brian Comrie as chief financial officer and director of the company, effective January 13, 2010.
The company also said its president, chief executive officer, and director, James Davis has resigned effective this date.
Davis will concentrate his efforts on providing expertise to the mining industry through Taiga Consultants Ltd.
The company said it will continue to rely upon Taiga Consultants Ltd. for technical support services in the continued exploration and development of its Nithi Mountain moly project.
The board said it has appointed James Kelly PGeol PEng. as director and president of Leeward.
The company said it will remain halted pending resolution of certain matters with the Canadian Exchange.
