Mediware Information Systems Inc. (MEDW) reported that its second-quarter net income increased to $783,000, or $0.10 per share, from $303,000 or $0.04 per share, reported in the comparable quarter in fiscal 2009. Total revenue for the second quarter was $10.82 million, an 8% increase over the $10.02 million reported in the comparable quarter in fiscal 2009.
