Billy Joel has sold one of the two Hamptons homes he currently has on the market. According to Newsday, the Piano Man has sold a house in Sagaponack, though no details of the sale were given.
Last summer, the singer put two homes in the area on the market. Newsday reported that Joel originally purchased the home in 2007 for $11.6 million. It was listed with the realtor for $12.5 million.
The other Sagaponack property is still on the market, with a $22.5 million asking price. That home was purchased for $16.75 million in 2007.
Both homes were purchased for Joel's wife Katie Lee. The couple has since filed for divorce.
