Jennifer Hudson's fiancé, David Otunga, will make his debut on World Wrestling Entertainment's NXT, which will premiere tomorrow on the Syfy network. Otunga, who will go by the moniker Dawson Alexander, will be a part of the 8-member rookie cast of the TV show.
The show is a competitive reality series, where the rookie wrestlers will "learn the ropes" of the WWE from eight wrestling veterans, each of whom will mentor a specific rookie. Otunga will be mentored by rapping wrestler R-Truth.
Otunga, who had his first child with Hudson, David Jr., last August, first appeared on reality television as Punk on VH1's I Love New York 2. The professional wrestler is also a Harvard Law School graduate.
