Courtney Love unleashed a slew of sometimes unclear and confusing Tweets against her ex-boyfriend, actor Edward Norton last week. Love claims that the American History X star owes her $300,000 from a financial deal gone wrong back when they were dating in the 1990s. Norton and Love began seeing each other after co-starring in The People vs. Larry Flynt.
In one of the less confusing Tweets, the widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain claims that Norton "called me Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie DeNiro Woody etc and begged we invest in his private fund he 'lost' 300K!"
Love did offer a questionable apology for speaking about finances via Twitter, but insisted that "we need to talk NOWinUK(sic)."
No explanation was offered why Love has waited to go public with her accusations against Norton until now. The Hole frontwoman has, however, had a string of bad financial news over the past year, stemming from a series of lawsuits.
