A new album from former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett will be released in the U.S. in June, according to reports.

Hackett's Out of the Tunnel's Mouth, an eight-song collection that has already been unveiled in the U.K., will be released in the U.S. on June 8. The offering was supposed to make its U.S. debut last October, but was sidetracked by legal issues.

The album includes a song recorded with former Genesis guitarist Anthony Philips.

Hackett was with Genesis from 1970-77, before he left for a solo career. Out of the Tunnel's Mouth is his 22nd solo album. Hackett also co-founded the supergroup GTR with Steve Howe, which produced a self-titled album that reached number 11 on the Billboard 200.

Hackett and former Genesis bandmates Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford and Tony Banks will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 15.
