Koppers Holdings Inc. (KOP) said Friday that it has appointed Leroy Ball as vice president and chief financial officer, effective September 1.
Ball will replace Brian McCurrie who was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Carbon Materials and Chemicals effective May 1. Since May 1, McCurrie has also been the acting chief financial officer for Koppers and will continue in that role until Ball joins Koppers on September 1.
Ball, 42, was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Calgon Carbon Corp. since 2002. Prior to 2002, he served as Calgon Carbon's assistant controller and controller.
