Monday, Galvanic Applied Sciences Inc. (GAV.V) appointed Helen Cornett as Chief Executive Officer. Galvanic is also announced the promotion of Pam Clarke to the position of Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Clarke has been responsible for the general accounting activities of the Company.
The company also said Peter Bourgeois, Walter Chayka, Robert Johnston and Grant Reeves were elected as directors. At a board meeting held following the shareholder meeting the board approved the appointment of Peter Bourgeois as Lead Director and Grant Reeves as Chairman of the Board.
