Ne-Yo Denies Slamming T.I. About Arrest

Ne-Yo denies that he slammed rapper T.I. and his wife after they were arrested last week for alleged drug possession.

T.I. and his wife, Tiny, were arrested for supposedly being in possession of ecstasy tablets.

There were reports printed that Ne-Yo said things like "it's time [T.I.] gets his act together" and "it's not him, it's the people that he's with."

Ne-Yo went on Twitter recently to defend himself: "Ok folks. I ain't even see what they're claiming I said, but in the everybody's so mad, I'm sure they misquoted me."

He added, "Sometimes the people surrounding you, get you in more trouble than you yourself do. I ain't down talk nobody, I spoke my opinion."

In other news, Ne-Yo has just released the cover for his upcoming album Libra Scale, which is due out on October 18.
