Corporate Office Properties Elects Roger Waesche, Jr. As President And COO - Quick Facts

Corporate Office Properties Trust (OFC) said on Friday that it has elected Roger Waesche, Jr. as the company's president, in addition to his current duties as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Waesche has been with Corporate Office Properties and its predecessor companies for twenty-five years. He was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer in August 2006. In that role, he is responsible for investments, asset management, property management and government services.

Further, the company said Randall Griffin, currently president and chief executive officer, will continue in his role as chief executive officer.

Griffin was elected as Trustee in April 2005. He served as president and chief operating officer from September 1998 to January 2005, at which time he was appointed president and chief executive officer.
