SBA Communications Corp. (SBAC), an operator of wireless communications towers, Wednesday said it has named its current Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kurt Bagwell as President - International. The company noted that Bagwell will have primary responsibility for all of SBA's growing international activities.
Further, the company said Mark Ciarfella, currently its Vice President -- New Builds, has been named Senior Vice President -- Operations, where he will oversee the company's tower operations and services business, as well as to continue to oversee new tower builds for SBA ownership.
The company noted that Ciarfella will join its executive committee.
