The Canadian dollar rallied against its major rivals ahead of the New York session on Monday.
The loonie touched a 13-day high of 83.64 against the yen and a 12-day high of 1.3729 against the euro around 7:30 am ET.
On the upside, the Canadian currency may find target levels at 1.3680 against the common currency and 84.0 versus the yen.
The Canadian dollar also edged higher to 0.9774 against the US dollar at this time from previous low of 0.9826.
If the loonie strengthens further, 0.9755 is seen as the next probable target level.
