ProSep Inc. (PRP.TO) on Thursday said that it has appointed Patrice Daignault as chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective September 2, 2008.
Daignault will be responsible for all financial matters of the company, including accounting, reporting, and taxation and financing. Most recently, Daignault was Director of Risk and Treasury with St-Lawrence Cement Group Inc.
