Tuesday, Bharat Heavy Electricals said that the company bagged an order in the Southeast Asian region by winning a contract for Nam Chien Hydro Power Project in Vietnam and forayed into Vietnamese Power sector. The contract is valued at Rs.200 crores.
The company also bagged an order for supply of 800 MW steam generators boilers with supercritical parameters. The contact is valued at Rs.2, 500 crores from Andhra Pradesh Power Development Company, a joint venture of APGenco and ILFS for setting up 2X800 MW steam generator package at Krishnapatnam in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh.
