Wednesday, Syndication Inc. (SYNJ.PK) said it established Pinnacle Energy Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary on September 19 of 2008.
The company noted that it has been un-officially working to set up the new subsidiary for exploiting the opportunities of the alternative energy industry for 6 months.
In addition, the company indicated that it would seek professionals with expertise in the areas of wind turbine energy, bio-diesel fuel production, solar power and microwave plasma physics.
