Clarity Commerce Solutions plc (CCS.L) announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2009.
Profit for the year attributable to equity shareholders of parent was £218 thousands, compared to a loss of £10.63 million a year ago. Earnings per share were 0.68 pence, compared to a loss of 42.53 pence last year.
Profit before taxation from continuing operations was £465 thousands, compared to a loss of £8.57 million in the previous year.
Profit from continuing operations were £471 thousands or 1.47 pence per share, compared to a loss of £8.96 million or 35.84 pence per share last year.
Revenue for the year was £17.68 million, up from £15.36 million in the prior year.
