As the Supreme Court hears arguments for and against same sex marriage, Beyoncé is sharing her views in favor of marriage equality. Lady Bey took to Instagram to spout off on the controversial issue earlier this week.
"If you like it, you should be able to put a ring on it. #wewilluniteformarriageequality!" she wrote on the site, later adding: "it's about time #equality #prop8 #marriageislove ?? show your support!!"
Her husband Jay-Z previously put his weight behind marriage equality last year:
"I've always thought it as something that's still holding the country back," Jay told CNN. "What people do in their own homes is their business. You can choose to love whoever you love. It's no different than discriminating against blacks. It's discrimination plain and simple."
