Easton Corbin sat down with ABC Radio to explain a speeding ticket that he received in August 2011. According to the "All Over the Road" singer, he was the victim of circumstance.

"You know, it's only about 45 or 50 in this construction zone. Well, by the time I get past this semi, I'm going 80," he began.

He added: "I had to hire an attorney to come pay my ticket. It ended up costing me a thousand bucks. I was like, 'I will never speed again in my life.'"

All Over the Road, the second studio album from Corbin, was released in 2012. The first single, "Lovin' You Is Fun," hit number seven on the Billboard Country chart, while the title track is currently nearing the top ten. The album itself peaked at number 11 on the Billboard 200.
