Japan saw a current account deficit of 592.8 billion yen in November, the Ministry of Finance said on Tuesday.

That was well shy of forecasts for a shortfall of 368.9 billion yen following the 127.9 billion yen deficit in October.

The trade balance reflected a deficit of 1,254.3 billion yen - also missing expectations for a shortfall of 1,236.4 billion yen after posting a deficit of 1,091.9 billion yen in the previous month.
