Morrissey says that he has undergone treatment for cancer several times. Speaking with El Mundo, Moz said he's resigned to his fate.
"They have scraped cancerous tissues four times already, but whatever," he began.
"If I die, then I die. And if I don't, then I don't. Right now I feel good. I am aware that in some of my recent photos I look somewhat unhealthy, but that's what illness can do. I'm not going to worry about that, I'll rest when I'm dead."
Morrissey's previous mentioned illnesses include a bleeding ulcer, pneumonia, and food poisoning in 2013, followed by a respiratory infection in 2014. Doctors warned him to stop touring at several points, but the former Smith's fronter says life on the road is "ingrained within me."
