Lady Gaga has fired the latest shot in her long running feud with Madonna by indirectly saying that "Madonna has no soul." In a recent interview with the Greek version of People, Gaga was asked about her musical influences.
"David Bowie, Queen, Freddie Mercury, Michael Jackson," Gaga answered.
"I would like to say Madonna, but let me tell you something. If I was an established artist, I would love to help younger artists."
That answer led the interviewer to ask the follow-up question, "What do you mean, that Madonna has no soul?" The Mother Monster responded, "you said it, not me!"
Back in 2012, Madonna said that there are similarities between her track "Express Yourself" and Gaga's "Born This Way," even going so far as to joke that she helped pen the hit.
