Kid Rock has become the most recent celebrity to share his thoughts on the controversial new Bradley Cooper film American Sniper. The film has drawn public statement by both supporters of U.S. military vets and those who think the film glamorizes questionable military tactics.
Rock has specifically hit out at director Michael Moore and actor/producer Seth Rogen for their comments and questions the ethics of the film and its content. Moore commented that he lost an uncle to a sniper's bullet during World War II and says that his parents taught him that "snipers aren't heroes, and invaders are worse."
"F**k you Michael Moore, you're a piece of shit and your uncle would be ashamed of you," Kid Rock wrote on his website. "Seth Rogen, your uncle probably molested you. I hope both of you catch a fist to the face soon."
Rogen had previously released a statement comparing the film to the fictional Nazi propaganda film, Nation's Pride, screened within Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Basterds.
