The estate of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown has officially filed a multi-million wrongful death lawsuit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon, as estate conservator Bedelia Hargrove says that Gordon "gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water."
USA Today reports that the lawsuit also accuses Gordon of transferring large amounts of money from Brown's account into his own in the months leading up to the bathtub incident.
"This was all part of a scheme to control Bobbi Kristina and benefit from her wealth," the lawsuit states. The estate asks for damages of at least $10 million each for the assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conversion."
Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in the bathtub of her Atlanta home January 31. She spent nearly six months in a coma before passing away at a hospice care facility on July 26.
