The Killers' Brandon Flowers was among the celebrities to pay tribute to John Lennon on what would have been the former Beatles singer's 75th birthday. The "Imagine: John Lennon 75th Anniversary Concert" took place at NYC's Madison Square Garden over the weekend.
Flowers wowed the crowd with his performance of "Instant Karma."
The event also featured appearances from Steven Tyler, Eric Church, John Fogerty, Spoon, Aloe Blacc, Sheryl Crow, Peter Frampton, Juanes, Kris Kristofferson, Pat Monahan of Train, Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine, Willie Nelson, the Roots and Chris Stapleton.
The concert will be broadcast on AMC on Saturday, December 19 at 9 p.m. EST. Lennon would have been 75 on October 9 of this year. He was shot to death on December 8 about 35 years ago.
