Home prices in majority of the Chinese cities increased in November, figures from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Friday.
On a monthly basis, house prices rose 33 cities out of 70 surveyed by the NBS. It dropped in 27 cities and showed no variations in 10 cities.
The highest increase in house prices were noted in Shenzhen, by 2.9 percent and the steepest fall was seen in Jinzhou, by 0.4 percent.
Compared with the same month of the previous year, house prices dipped in 49 out of the 70 cities in October, while it grew in 21 months.
