Katy Perry has released a new mobile app game from the same app producers that created an app for the Kardashians. In the game, players start off as a coffee shop waitress and must work their way to being a global pop sensation.
The new game drops at a lucrative time for Perry, who was named the world's highest-earning musician in 2015, according to Forbes.
Perry rose 22 spots on the annual list from last year, thanks to earnings of $135 million.
She grossed more than $2 million per city over the course of her Prismatic World Tour, which included 126 shows during the period that the magazine looked at. She also earned money from her sponsorship deals with Claire's, Coty and Covergirl. While Perry was the top money-maker among musicians, the top-earning celebrities on the planet in 2015 were Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, Forbes said.
