Carrie Underwood has been dethroned as the Top Earning American Idol alumni of all time, a crown she held in both 2013 and 2014, by Adam Lambert.
The majority of Lambert's $10 million earnings came from his tour with Queen. Lambert also released a new album with Warner Bros. Records last year, titled The Original High.
Underwood comes in on Forbes' list at number two with $8 million earned last year. Her latest album, Storyteller, sold more than 150,000 units in its first week.
Chris Daughtry comes in at number three on the list, making $6 million touring over the last year, Phillip Phillips ranks at number four with $5 million and Scotty McCreery and Kelly Clarkson tie things up at number five with $4 million each.
