The Killers debuted a new song during a show - their first without bassist Mark Stoermer -- at Ontario's Caesars Windsor on Thursday night. The untitled cut saw fronter Brandon Flowers seated at the piano.

Killers fan site, The Killers News, wrote that "it should be noted that this could be a cover of an obscure song. However, repeated searches have not returned any likely matches."

In addition to the new song, the Las Vegas rockers covered the Interpol song "Obstacle 1," from the group's 2002 debut Turn on the Bright Lights.

"There were a couple bands that really sort of lit a fire under us when we were first starting and one of those bands was Interpol," Flowers told the crowd.

"This was one of the songs that was on our [minds] when we were making our first record."
